Validity of contract
By making a purchase via eazySuit.com’s website (online portal), the following agreement between the customer (you) with a minimum age of 18 years and the retailer (eazySuit.com) is legally binding until further notice. For other types of agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase. As soon as the order has been placed by you, eazySuit.com will send out a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Once a custom-made garment has been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied. Information about the status of the order is accessible via the customer's account at any time. As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing possible tracking links is sent to the customer. Upon the receipt of the goods through the customer, the contract is regarded as concluded.
The garment shown is a visualization only. The final product may vary somewhat in construction and colour. The perception of colours can vary from display to display. Therefore, the images do not reference to an exact colour but have a guiding function only. In order to see and feel the individual fabrics, you can order fabric samples via our fabrics menu on the website.
Once your order has been finalized you will receive an order confirmation notification by email. You can track your order status by logging into your account and going to "My orders". Please note that you have to log in .
Prices displayed on this website include 0% VAT. Possible VAT and custom fees are NOT included in the prices and have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Payment can be made by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc) or PayPal. Once your payment has been completed, your order will be sent to production and your good(s) will then be shipped to you.
Freight & Delivery
During the order process you will be notified about the estimated delivery time for your order. This estimation is based on current production queue and the actual lead time required to ship out an order from our tailor shop in Vietnam to your home address.
The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only an estimation. We continuously monitor production and air freight and do our utmost to make sure your order is shipped out within the shortest lead time.
eazySuit.com cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries as all shipments are handled by third parties, when the order is in carrier's hands, the carrier is responsible for it.
The tracking number to get this information will be set to your order when the package is shipped. When your order is handed over to your local dispatcher you will get an automatic email notification from us with a link to track your parcel.
Your order progress can be followed by logging in to “My page”.
eazySuit.com will not be responsible for delays within the recipient's control, such as recipient not being available to accept delivery, having supplied eazySuit.com with incorrect delivery information, or is unable or unwilling to cooperate with shipping agent (DHL/Post) and/or customs.
eazySuit.com offers free shipping worldwide on all orders above USD130! On orders under USD130, we charge a fee of USD20. Fabric samples are shipped for free.
We will charge you USD39 for packages that are not accepted/picked up/returned to us to cover the costs of handling. To avoid this charge, always pick up your order within 10 days of delivery to your post office or package agent.
Due to the fact that each tailored garment is unique and custom-made for each individual customer, eazySuit.com cannot accept any returned good.
eazySuit.com’s custom-made products are always made to the measurements indicated by you, they are adjusted according to the fit selected by you (slim or regular fit).
Please note that we add a certain amount of fabric to our garments during production to adjust for the shrinkage that can occur during the first few washes of a garment. The amount added depends very much on the fabric itself and can therefore vary.
Please note that in some cases visible chalk marks or marks from ironing can be left on the garment which usually disappear without any extra treatment during the first wash. Garments made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade of colour due to normal variations in the dyeing process. Should any other problems occur, please contact us so we can find a solution together.
If the measurements of the custom-made garment which you ordered do not correspond to the measurements indicated in your order, eazySuit.com will offer you a new product free of charge by crediting your customer account. Please note that unused credits on your eazySuit.com customer account will expire after one year. eazySuit.com also takes responsibility for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in the same box as it was delivered in and send with the cheapest possible shipping method. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct measurements in user profile.
eazySuit.com offers one (1) re-production or adjustment per customer and garment type. The replacement product should be the same type of garment and have the same value as the original. To fulfill the guarantee we can ask you for pictures of you wearing the garment to help you adjust the measurements. The guarantee does not cover marginal adjustments within our tolerances, or if the delivered garment matches the chosen model, style, fit or design when worn.
If the garment requires minor changes to fit, we offer adjustment at a local tailor of your choice up to a specified amount. The amount limits are the following:
- Shirt: USD10
- Full suit: USD50
- Suit jacket: USD35
- Suit trousers: USD20
- Skirt: USD10
- Waistcoat: USD20
If the cost for the adjustment exceeds these limits, the additional cost is covered by the customer.
Follow these steps after you have been notified that the garment should be adjusted by a local tailor:
- Visit a local tailor of your choice and have the adjustments made within 20 days of notification.
- Send us the receipt/bill which also should specify the adjustments made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your expense is credited to your account.
In the cases eazySuit.com deems the garment as not adjustable by a local tailor, we will make a new garment without cost.
- Send the product to eazySuit.com within 5 days of receiving the decision. (Shipping is paid by the customer. We do not take responsibility for lost shipments.)
- Update your measurement profile with the measurements so that the new garment fits.
Always keep your custom made garment on a hanger when not in use. Use a spray bottle with cold water to easily spray the fabric in order to straighten wrinkles. It is possible to iron the fabric, but only with low heat and preferably with a towel between the iron and the fabric in order to maintain the quality of the fabric. Cleaning advice: dry clean only.
Our goal is to keep the lowest costs in order to maintain low & competitive prices to our customers: to reach this commitment, we do not offer a customer support by phone, however all customer contacts and queries have to be done by email and we provide our customers with a response within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We recommend to fill the form in the Customer Service page to get the quickest feedback.
eazySuit.com is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your email address will be given to third parties.
Cookies and Security
A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies allow you to place an order on our website and allow us to enhance and personalize your online browsing and shopping experience.
You can choose to let your computer notify you every time a cookie is being sent or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari or Chrome) settings. Each browser is a bit different, so look at your browser “Help menu” to learn the correct way to modify your cookie settings. If you turn cookies off, you will not have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and most of our services will not function properly.
eazySuit.com considers “force majeure” as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to eazySuit.com, natural catastrophes, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially canceled with neither customer nor eazySuit.com being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time can be extended with the currency of the force majeure.
eazySuit.com will not be responsible for completing the terms specified above.
How a product from eazySuit.com is used is the responsibility of the bearer of the product and how it is kept is the responsibility of the keeper of the product. No company within the eazySuit.com, its employees, Management, or owners, individually or together, can be held responsible for any injury, damage, harm, suffering, etc to anyone or anything that has been caused, directly or indirectly, by a product from eazySuit.com.
